ITILWhat is a good benchmark for B2B SaaS sales cycles

About 90 days is a good benchmark.

As others have mentioned, it varies widely.

But this would be realistic for a product that’s targeted at the mid-market/enterprise, with a line-of-business buyer (ie not going through IT), and priced at $2-$5k / mo.

Your total sales/marketing cycle will be longer, as you need to allow another 30 days for lead generation/qualification.
